Just purchased an M4 Competition from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly his communication was wonderful. I called three relatively local dealerships and they took over a week to call me back with options. Chris found the rare color (only one left in the country) I was looking for that day. I searched within 250 miles for a MB roadster. I found a beautiful 2014 with 25,000 miles on Carfax before the photos even came on line. I reached out to this dealership and Johnny Nash contacted me right away. He sent 2 beautiful videos. I asked for their complete inspection report, warranty information and received everything within 24 hours. What great Custmer service I received and I purchased remotely. I had never bought a vehicle at Ron Carter before until this past week. I had heard that they were not the best. What I had heard was not true. Ron carter had a top notch used car salesman named Brooks Johnson. He was honest, not pushy, and was in tune with what I was like looking for. He did a damn good job. Brooks managener was parient with me and listened to the concerns that Brooks brought to him. I appreciated that. The finance guy was honest and straightforward. Andres Garcia was his name. Very pleasant (Sorry the Spurs didn't win bro). Finally, Brooks owes me a set of keys, and so far, has gone out of his way to keep his word and track them down. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron Carter Ford to anyone. Solid dealership.

From the moment I walked into BMW of FWB, Ever greeted me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to understand my situation and learned that I had driven over an hour for service and needed to get back in time to pick up my young daughter from summer camp that afternoon.
Knowing how important that was, Ever went above and beyond to expedite a loaner vehicle for me, which likely made the difference in getting there on time. What impressed me even more was the level of personal attention he provided throughout the process. He personally gathered and hand-delivered all of my belongings from my vehicle and even took the time to install and secure my daughter's car seat in the loaner car.
These may seem like small gestures, but they meant the world to a busy parent trying to juggle a demanding summer schedule. Ever's thoughtfulness, efficiency, and genuine concern for his customers are rare and truly exceptional.

We can't think Brittney and Gordon enough for helping my Dad purchase his Hellcat. We live in NC and they both made the transaction as seamless as possible. The car was delivered quickly and it was even better in person than the pictures showed. Everything was as advertised. The whole family is happy and the car surprisingly gets great gas mileage for all of the horsepower it has. We may really like the red key!

I have been doing business with BMW of Fort Walton Beach for over ten years. My experience there has always been superb; from the customer service, to the professional repairs, to the great cappuccino. Service was great. I loved having the video to follow while they were doing the assessment. I also liked being able to approve the work at the same time. It says that you don't need an appointment for service calls but they fill up quickly. They will however make you the earliest appointment available. Loved being able to go into detail on what I needed done when I dropped the keys and car off on Sunday night. They accept cash and debit cards, no checks, 3% fee if using credit.
It was a rather pleasant experience but a terrible outcome. The staff was an amazing. Marissa took care of me, with the help and experience of the tech that worked on my car. They gave Honest opinions and thats all that I asked for. Thank You To the STAFF of BMW Fort Walton, Florida

10 out of 10 recommend. First and foremost this establishment was very clean, very spacious. Fresh, vibrant museum like feel to the robust showroom adorned with classic to unique colorways ever seen. Consumers were just as great as the overall team from my observation ; that itself can only come from a healthy environment servicing. What truthfully meant the most of all was the fact they were comfortable being themselves at no point did this unexplainable vibe go away to the point you couldnt help but feel peace. Diligent as they were well dressed and highly professional. At no point did I feel rushed, uncomfortable, schemed scammed nor gaslit. Authenticity is rare. From the bikes on floor to the Keurig I cant say enough good things about this place. Driving being an headache in itself, and with gasoline high as it is and to say it was worth it would be an understatement. The person who actually found this place suffers from anxiety; never seen em so calm. Dont blindly take my word for it. Youd have to go see for yourself. Ms. Connie I spoke to originally great woman off the day of so Cheryl I can only presume to be an extension of her amazing to say the least deserves a promotion. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship here.
Had an amazing experience. The knowledge, kindness, and the amount of detail the sales person Armando Valdez was beyond what I could have expected. Armando and Carl went above and beyond to get me my first choice car and took their time explaining any questions me or my family had. Highly recommend. If you need a new car go to Toyota in Fort walton ask for the tour guide Armando lol.

A huge thank you to Thomas, Jah-Quan Morales, and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach. My family and I were vacationing in Destin when the air conditioning in our 2023 GLS 450 suddenly stopped working. Not exactly what you want to deal with in Florida. As luck would have it, we happened to be just a few minutes from the dealership when I found out about the problem, even though we were staying about 30 minutes away. I called the service department and spoke with Thomas, who immediately put me at ease. He told me to bring the vehicle in straightaway and assured me they would take care of us. He also arranged a loaner vehicle for us, which turned out to be brand new and excellent (with cold AC!) allowing us to continue enjoying our vacation while the GLS was being repaired. When we arrived, Thomas introduced us to Jah-Quan, who was fantastic from start to finish. The entire process was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy. Given the symptoms, we were preparing ourselves for the possibility of a major repair and several days without the vehicle. We even discussed whether we might have to drive all the way back to Atlanta without A/C and deal with the repair at home. Instead, the team quickly diagnosed the issue and kept us informed throughout. A short time later, we received great news: the repair was much less serious than expected, the parts were already in stock, and the vehicle would be ready the very next day. True to their word, our GLS was repaired and ready for pickup the following day. And cleaner than when we dropped it! We've owned a number of luxury vehicles over the years, and while the vehicles themselves are often exceptional, the service experience doesn't always live up to the brand. Thomas, Jah-Quan, and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach absolutely delivered. They turned what could have been a stressful interruption to our vacation into one of the best dealership service experiences we've had. Professional, responsive, communicative, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. Thank you again.
